Private Residence

This Mornington Peninsula residence was conceived as a generous coastal retreat, with a brief to connect the interiors to the sea view while maintaining warmth, privacy and an effortless sense of liveability.

A quiet scheme of pale oak, limestone, linen and hand-finished surfaces lets the changing light and landscape lead. Low, rounded furniture creates a relaxed flow between living, dining and the open terrace.

The specification focuses on tactile quality and longevity, from tailored upholstery and natural rugs to sculptural lighting and carefully selected timber pieces. Each element supports a home that feels both considered and unforced.
